Anxiety and Depression

It is our body’s way of letting us know something is not right. Depression is different for everyone, however, there are some common signs and symptoms. These can range from tiredness, irritability, forgetfulness, and not being yourself. I can work with you to help you understand your anxiety and/or depression; to explore the emotions behind these as well as learn healthy coping skills.
