Clearview Counselling and Psychotherapy is a private counselling practice based in Dublin 11. When working with clients I work from a humanistic perspective with a person-centered ethos. I use reality therapy in my practice and integrate this approach with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Narrative Therapy.
I hold a Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy,
and am a member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I adhere to their strict codes of ethics and practice and
use this to guide my professional conduct.
I have done extensive research on "Using creative media with Adults" and looking forward to offering workshops on this in IICP college in 2020. Please see my blog for other areas of research that I have undertaken. I am also embarking on a MSC in Applied Clinical Practice to further my knowledge and expertise in the use of therapeutic interventions.
I have worked with many clients across a variety concerns. I believe in each of my clients and their abilities to become the best of who they are, I work in a collaborative space with clients to facilitate them to be successful in their own lives.
