Depression
Depression is more common after a stressful event, it may also occur “out of the blue”. Together we can find ways to help you work through your depression.

Anxiety is our body’s way of letting us know something is not right. If you experience more than one of the following, over a couple of weeks or longer, you may need some extra support.

Grief and loss are feelings that may follow any significant loss, you may experience many different emotions which are welcome in the counselling room

Pet Bereavement Counselling
I offer a safe space to work through your grief. Working with Moaw care we run Ireland's only Pet Bereavement Support Group to help process pet loss in a safe space with other pet lovers
Sexuality
Sexuality is as diverse as people. It can take time to figure out the sexuality that fits you best. I can also provide a space to explore LGBTQI+ and other sexual identity questions, feelings or relationships.
Relationship/ Couples Counselling
Relationship counselling helps you to make the most of your relationships, I provide a non-judgement space that can help assist the couple to remain together. I can also support you to safely explore and overcome difficulties surrounding sexual intimacy or sexual dysfunction.
Stress management
If your methods of coping with stress aren’t contributing to your greater emotional and physical health, it’s time to find healthier ones. There are many healthy ways to manage and cope with stress. Counselling and Stress Management can help you to make the changes needed to reduce stress.
Personal and Family problems
Personal and family problems can cause distress and confusion in our lives. I offer a space to explore these concerns to allow to you deal with them in a beneficial way.
Confidence and Self esteem
Self-esteem is how we regard ourselves. Self-confidence, on the other hand, refers to the confidence we have in particular areas of our lives. I can offer a space for you to work on your confidence and self esteem.

Using anger in inappropriate times can cause regret, shame and isolation. I can help you to work through your anger that will be more constructive for you
